Marc Bhalla

Marc Bhalla, LL.M. (DR), C.Med, C.Arb (he/him) [biracial] is a mediator, arbitrator and educator who is passionate about dispute resolution and the study thereof. He is faculty at Osgoode Hall Law School’s Master of Laws program, Curriculum Developer and Instructor at the Certificate in Dispute Resolution program at the York University School of Continuing Studies and a Coach for the Osgoode PD x Society of Ontario Adjudicators and Regulators (SOAR) Certificate in Adjudication program.

Marc’s private dispute resolution practice is complemented with his roles on administrative tribunals. He is an original member of Ontario’s online Condominium Authority Tribunal and newly appointed to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal. 

Marc has been elected to represent the Province of Ontario at the Board of Directors of the ADR Institute of Canada, where he champions diversity and inclusion aspirations of the organization. He serves as Academic Partner of the Authentic Allyship Project, an initiative focused on support meaningful allyship initiatives of non-Indigenous peoples, such as himself.

Marc has been widely published, has authored three books in the field and has spoken at various conferences, seminars and programs across the continent, including as a keynote.
