Lisa graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998, articled at Miller Maki in Sudbury and was called to the Bar in 1999. She returned to Midland to work with the Ferguson law firm thereafter. Since 1999, she has practiced extensively in the North East Region. She is currently a managing partner at Ferguson Deacon Taws LLP in Midland.
Lisa is active in her community and is currently a director on the board of The Advocates’ Society. Over the years, she has written several articles for legal publications and has spoken at and assisted in organizing a number of conferences.
Lisa’s practice is varied -personal injury (plaintiff and defence), real estate litigation, construction litigation claims and more recently, estate litigation.
